IL&A is steadfast in our goal to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to embrace a career in the
STEM field. IL&A recognizes the essential role of Mathematics as the centerpiece to drive the student’s overall
success. The vital role of Mathematics serves as the anchor for achievement in the STEM fields. In addition to
developing strong math and science skills, efforts to shape well-rounded students that communicate effectively are
emphasized through our ELA (English & Language Arts) course offering. IL&A is focused on developing the whole
student. Our course curriculum can be customized per individual needs and abilities to prepare each student for
the future demands of higher education in STEM fields in our evolving workforce. We welcome all students as IL&A
makes this critical shift to fully embrace STEM fields and address the projected shortcomings of our next-
generation students pursuing future careers in the STEM fields.
